Discipline Is Common. Precision Is Rare.

Updated: Feb 13

Most of my clients come to me already doing “the right things.”

They train consistently.

They eat relatively clean.

They track, plan, and stay committed.

And yet:

• Body recomposition stalls

• Energy fluctuates

• Recovery feels inconsistent

• Progress feels unpredictable

This is not a discipline problem.

It’s a precision problem.

Discipline is the ability to execute.

Precision is knowing exactly what to execute — and why.

Without precision, discipline just repeats the same ineffective inputs.
