Terms & Conditions

1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the services provided by Wealthy Wellness (“Company,” “we,” or “our”) to the client (“you” or “Client”). By enrolling in any of our coaching or wellness programs, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms.

2. Services

Wealthy Wellness offers personalized health, fitness, and nutrition coaching through a range of packages and plans. Services provided are designed to support Clients in achieving their wellness goals but require consistent effort and commitment from the Client.

3. Client Commitment

To achieve the best possible results, your active participation is required. This includes attending scheduled sessions, following your personalized plans, and communicating openly with your coach.

4. Payment & Billing

All payments must be made in full or according to the agreed payment schedule prior to the start of services.
Payments are non-refundable, except as required by law.

5. Minimum Commitment for Ultimate Wealthy Wellness Packages

By enrolling in any of the Ultimate Wealthy Wellness Packages, you agree to a minimum commitment of three (3) months.

Early cancellation is not permitted, and all fees for the three-month term remain due in full, regardless of participation or attendance.
After the initial three-month term, services may continue on a month-to-month basis or according to a new agreement.

6. Rescheduling & Missed Sessions

Clients must provide at least 24 hours’ notice to reschedule a session.
Missed sessions without notice will be forfeited and cannot be rescheduled or refunded.

7. Results Disclaimer

Results vary based on individual effort, consistency, and lifestyle factors. Wealthy Wellness does not guarantee specific results but is committed to providing professional guidance and support.

8. Health Disclaimer

Clients are responsible for consulting with a physician before beginning any new exercise or nutrition program. Wealthy Wellness is not responsible for any injuries, health issues, or adverse effects arising from Client participation.

9. Confidentiality

All personal information shared by Clients is kept confidential and will not be disclosed to third parties without consent, except as required by law.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state in which Wealthy Wellness operates.
